Interactive films – your decision counts!

Interactive. What does this word want to tell you?
What are you thinking about? To new media, for example? And does that have anything to do with computer games?

Movies and series are optionally made interactive. Whether with real actors, as cartoons and image films or explanatory clips.
That is, a movie starts normally and pauses at one point to give the viewer two choices about how the movie should proceed. So to speak, to have a say in the plot of the script.
What does it mean?
More work for the production, more entertainment for the viewer.
Editors, producers and directors sometimes have to shoot, produce and create twice and three times as much because a film has, for example, six possible endings due to the “interaction” and a lot of different storylines in between.
These movies are also not for TV watchers who just want to leave the TV on the side.
The constant decisions and actions mean that the viewer must remain attentive in order to actively shape the moving image and the plot.

Imagine watching a documentary of a climber who is stuck, for example.
Now the choice is yours: should he use his paragliding chute to get back down or should he rappel down the unsuitable and sharp rock face?
You decide. The result can be two action-rich takes.

With this free example you can see how great the possibilities are. Now you can imagine what the range will be.

Any moving image can be interactive. Whether it’s cartoon, real, animation, etc.

Advantages for the viewer:

– Integration of the viewer
– Co-decision
– Call to Action
– Curiosity
– Repeat the clip to see different endings
– Film fun

This is also possible with short clips for your company, product or service. This will position you and catch the attention of your target group. What, how and when happens in your interactive clip is tailored to your target audience and their needs.
