Video or blog? How about a vlog?

In the past, we used to get out our blank booklets, whip out our fountain pens, open the ink jar, and write away blithely.
All right, that was a really long time ago now. But it illustrates how quickly and how much has changed in that time, how fast-moving technology is and how trends have advanced.

Nowadays, we no longer ask ourselves whether we have enough paper available when we want to communicate something to the world or even underpin our company, product or service with text and images.
Today we are even overwhelmed by the possibilities – and yet the choice of marketing measures is clear after a mindful analysis. First, consider your target audience. The target group can never be emphasized often enough, because everything stands and falls with it.

Example:
You have finalized your positioning including your target group analysis and yet you sell nothing? The message of your company, product or service is not getting through? Then, thoroughly rethink your target audience.

The new media: How do you communicate today?
What opportunities do the new media offer to communicate regularly, cost-effectively and in a topic-specific manner?

Video clips:
Moving images are very popular and are often preferred to continuous text. It must be convincing within a few seconds, so that it is watched to the end.

Blogs:
A blog is like an online magazine about different topics. Blogs have become so successful in recent years that the bloggers, the owners and creators of the blogs, can make a living from it to some extent.
Officially, blogs are also called “Internet publications”.

Vlogs:
As the name suggests, VLOGS are a mixture of video and blog.
In the case of bloggers, the vlogs deal with everyday, but also thematic points, enlightened and explained etc.

A vlog can also appeal to businesses.
You can give your customers a behind-the-scenes look and with a small concept you can create, for example, weekly or even monthly vlogs that give your customers an insight into your company, your operations and/or your collaboration. Even if some things are “too private” or “too internal” for you, there are certainly areas and topics that could be covered in a vlog.
