Webinars!
A topic that could not be more topical.
Produced correctly and used effectively, it is a digital tool that, with the right application, has a lasting, constant and long-term positive impact.

A webinar is the umbrella term of many digital niches that can be selected and used depending on the company.

Live Webinar:
A live webinar is – as the name suggests – “live”.
The advantages here are that questions and suggestions can be discussed directly and direct communication takes place. This reduces the feeling of “distance.”
A disadvantage is the non-existent flexibility of the lecturer and the participants. That is, if the place and time are fixed for the appointment and can not be moved due to illness or the like.

Recorded Live Webinar:
Many record the entire session with the consent of all participants so that it is available as a download or file afterwards.
It’s a great foundation for all live webinar attendees to reinforce the topics covered and refresh as questions arise.
It is also a solution for participants who could not attend the live webinar – although not an optimal one. The dynamic and purpose of a live webinar is the potential action and reaction towards the participants. This may raise questions for the participant, who sees only the recorded sessions, or issues that cannot be clarified directly.

Webinar/ Webinar Series:
A webinar is a pre-produced video that focuses on, explains, and elaborates on a subject or various topics. The video can be short and snappy, consist of several clips or be one long clip.
Ultimately, it depends on what content and topics the explainer video revolves around.
For example, if the topic is the introduction of a new software and the installation and setup consists of many detailed steps, it makes sense to produce several clips to introduce the employees to the topic step by step and also to pick up the “non-affine” ones.
This is the challenge of such a video!
Here, each topic behaves individually – it must be tailored to your product, your company and your service.
The great advantage of a webinar is that each webinar can be viewed and accessed as many times as you like. In addition, it is absolutely flexible in terms of time and can be used on any mobile device.

Scripts:
Scripts can, but do not have to: It is up to each individual to record the topics in scripts. But if there are additional documents, they should definitely be available digitally.
